We accept returns and exchanges for items you are not satisfied with. Requests for returns and exchanges can be made through our Return and Exchange Portal.

A. Exchanges Due to Product Fault (Our Error)

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item/size sent, manufacturing defect), we will ensure a swift resolution at no extra cost to you.

• Our Commitment: StylishAfrika will fully cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

• Process: Please submit a request using the Returns and Exchange Portal with details of the issue. We will promptly provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for the correct replacement item to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

 

B. Exchanges Due to Fit 

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully consult our Size Chart (found on each product page) and verify their personal measurements before placing an order.

• Customer Responsibility: For exchanges requested solely due to a discrepancy in fit where the item matches our verified size chart measurements (i.e., the customer selected an incorrect size based on their own measurements or preference), the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. This includes:

  • The cost of the shipping label to return the original item to StylishAfrika.

  • The cost of a new shipping label for the replacement item to be resent to the customer.

• Process: To initiate a fit-related exchange, please contact us through the Returns and Exchange Portal within 2 days of receiving your order. We will facilitate sending the new size upon receipt of the original item.​

 

General Exchange Conditions

• All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging; within 14 days of receiving the order.

• The validity of a return shipping label provided by StylishAfrika is 14 days.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale and Clearance Items: No exchanges or refunds are permitted. This includes orders from an annual sale or promotion, such as Black Friday.
