At this time we only offer shipping options within North America (Canada and USA). We are however working on expanding our shipping regions to include international deliveries.​

StylishAfrika offers FREE local delivery for all orders over $75 CAD within the Ottawa service area, and FREE Canada-wide shipping on orders over $120.

Shipping Address
Providing precise and correct address for a shipment is very important for the delivery of the parcel. Please always verify your addresses before submitting the order.​

Tracking Information
To track the shipping progress of your order, please check your email for a message on your order's shipping confirmation. The email contains the tracking number for your package. Alternatively, the tracking number can be found in the My Orders Page of your account.

Items not delivered
In the case that your tracking status states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@stylishafrika.ca. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.

Your satisfaction with our clothes and brand is of great importance to us!
We accept returns and exchanges for items you are not satisfied with. Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the package delivery.​

Refunds
We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of delivery date.
When returning an item for a refund, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for shipping labels. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No refunds after 14 days.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Sale and Clearance items (including annual sales e.g. Father's Day) may only be returned for store credit. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. In addition, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for shipping labels for clearance items.
